Making the Big Guys Look Small
I inquired for estimates from multiple media companies and Todd at Modern Media was the first one to return my call within the hour.  He  was very polite and courteous and even came out that same day to do the measurements and to explain their services.  He was prompt, polite and knowledgeable.  I received my estimate within 24 hours.  The estimate was very reasonable and he even worked with me to help keep the price around my budget.  Once scheduled, he kept in contact to confirm installation and to let me know the status of the products ordered.  He even offered to let me listen to his media room and other customers who volunteered to get a better idea of which products I would prefer.  

Todd confirmed the install the night before.  Once  confirmed, they showed up on the dot of when they said they would be there.  They were very professional and courteous to my home and me.  They even painted the speaker grills to match and blend in with the wall paint.  They kept me updated on the process and how everything was going.  They were not obstructive at all and made sure to speak with me about everything.  There were no delays or breaks during the process, they worked the entire time.  They did spend about 12 hours during the whole process, but that was because of the difficulty of my room, but they did an amazing job and were extremely careful during the entire process.  Once they were finished, they made sure everything was programmed correctly, and tested the system before showing us.  They walked us through the entire system and how to work everything.  He explained all the warranties and that they stand behind their services.  The final price was exactly what the quote was on the penny.  I was very impressed at how well they stuck to the quote and how flexible he was.  Todd stands behind

After several years of looking at home theaters, my wife and I decided that 2013 was the year we would install one in our home.  I shopped at several big name theater stores in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex as well as on line for equipment pricing and features.  After visiting many places, I was ready to purchase the equipment online and needed an installer.  I happened upon Modern Media as an entity that would install equipment and contacted them for a quote to install my equipment.  I had the good fortune to deal directly with Todd Forgan, the Owner of the company, and found him to be very courteous, professional, and extremely reliable.  We scheduled an appointment for the next day, and he showed up exactly on time.
